JAMB Brochure 2019 is available for free for all JAMB 2019 Candidates. If you are confused about subject combination for your UTME, the brochure is an excellent resource tool where you can find accurate information on your UTME subject combination. It also, does not just produce relevant information on your UTME subject combination, it supplies you with detailed information of Universities, Monotechnics, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education, the courses they offer in these institutions, O’level requirements for each institution.
A lot of candidates struggle with using the JAMB Brochure especially when it was available only in hard copy. Trust me, I did struggle with it too because of its bulky size. Too many information packed in a book, while you search in earnest anticipation and anxiety to confirm you meet the requirement of your dream school. Yikes! I have a been able to sort JAMB Brochure for you according to your faculty, so you do not have to struggle through clumped information. Ever since the advent of E Brochure, this has made things more easy. Thanks to technology.
You can scroll through to find your faculty. Here are the things you will get in each faculty brochure and check out your desired courses with institutions requirements hassle free.
- Courses- You can look through your desired course
- Institutions- You will get to see institutions that offer your desired course/program
- Requirements- You will get to see the UTME subjects you should write according to your preferred course and institution, you will also get to see the SSCE subjects and grade that your preferred institution expects you have to gain admission into their school and last but not the least, a specified requirement for DE students.
A quick gist for you: The first time I got hold of JAMB brochure, that was in 2006, I saw the acronym DE. I was puzzled because I did not understand what it meant by DE requirement…so this is for you newbies/jambitos, DE simply means Direct Entry; this is for students who have attained A’ level education, e.g OND (from a polytechnic) NCE (from a college of education) just to mention a few and wish to go for further studies in the University to attain a Bachelors Degree in various discipline. Direct Entry (DE) students start from 200L when they gain admission in the university. Their requirement for admission is different from students seeking to gain admission into any higher institution)
Do you need help in deciding what course to choose for your JAMB exam?
I will also like to recommend a tool you can use to prepare for your exams.
